About the role
You will own the end‑to‑end design and build process for growth campaigns, creating ads, landing pages and motion assets that directly impact hiring experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build high‑converting ads, landing pages and motion assets in Webflow without hand‑off delays.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data, launching new assets weekly.
- Collaborate closely with growth, marketing and the founders to ensure designs go live immediately.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of professional design experience with a proven portfolio of shipped work.
- Track record of creating high‑converting landing pages and effective ad creatives.
- Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Webflow
- Motion design (e.g., After Effects)
