About the role
This function ensures exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless dining experience and turning each guest into a happy fan of our restaurants. You will ensure each guest feels welcomed from arrival to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra (s)mile to delight guests and exceed expectations.
- Prevent complaints and ensure effective service recovery when needed.
Required profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma (college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a similar position within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
