About the role

This function ensures exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless dining experience and turning each guest into a happy fan of our restaurants. You will ensure each guest feels welcomed from arrival to farewell.

Key responsibilities

Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Go the extra (s)mile to delight guests and exceed expectations.
Prevent complaints and ensure effective service recovery when needed.

Required profile

Minimum of a high school diploma (college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred).
At least one year of experience in a similar position within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
