F&B Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The F&B Guest Relations Executive will act as the face of service excellence for the Food & Beverage outlets at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. You will combine guest‑focused interaction with behind‑the‑scenes administrative support to ensure smooth operations and memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional assistance to guests across all F&B venues, including menu guidance and promotion details.
• Handle guest inquiries, directing them to the appropriate outlet or department.
• Prepare and manage departmental correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and other documents.
• Maintain accurate F&B files, records and databases for suppliers, guests and business contacts.
• Assist in the preparation and printing of menus and related materials.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to support culinary and service operations.
• Process purchase requests and support administrative procedures.
• Compile monthly attendance and payroll information for service and culinary teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team and assist with special events as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality or hotel role.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Guest‑focused, confident and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues.
