F&B Reception Manager

About the role

Join Wynn Al Marjan Island, a future luxury beachside resort opening in 2027, as an F&B Reception Manager. You will be the first point of contact for guests entering world‑class dining venues, setting the tone for an unforgettable luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guest communication for reservations, special requests, and VIP arrangements, ensuring proactive anticipation of needs.
• Review guest profiles and histories in reservation systems to prepare the service team.
• Welcome guests with polished professionalism, executing Wynn arrival rituals and grooming standards.
• Manage VIP, repeat, and high‑profile arrivals, ensuring seamless handover to service teams.
• Control reservations, waitlists, and real‑time queue management using SevenRooms.
• Balance reservations and walk‑ins to optimize occupancy and service flow.
• Lead, schedule, coach, and develop the reception team, reinforcing Wynn’s Four Pillars.
• Conduct daily briefings covering reservations, VIPs, and service pacing.
• Capture guest feedback, log preferences, and support post‑visit follow‑up for VIPs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing reception or front‑of‑house operations in a high‑end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to deliver anticipatory, personalized service to VIP and high‑profile guests.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching a reception team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and queue management systems, specifically SevenRooms.
