Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Lana, a luxury hotel within the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue performance across all operating departments. As Director of Revenue Management you will shape commercial strategy, ensure accurate reporting, and optimise the use of revenue systems to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the commercial objectives and budgeted targets for rooms, food & beverage, and spa.
• Produce accurate and timely reports for all operating departments.
• Maintain data health, optimise system performance and ensure overall system integrity in line with Dorchester Collection standards.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement across revenue processes.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and analyses.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
