About the role
The F&B Service Expert will deliver high‑quality service across all day dining, banquet and room service areas at a leading hotel. You will ensure guests receive memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s standards. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold brand standards and create memorable guest experiences.
- Support colleagues and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or premium hospitality environments (hotel experience preferred).
- Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
