About the role

The F&B Service Expert (Bartender) creates memorable guest experiences by delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a dynamic hotel environment. You will interact directly with guests, support the kitchen, and maintain a clean, safe work area while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, serve guests, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
Interact with guests at the bar, prepare and serve drinks, and ensure a smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and equipment.
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uniform standards.
Handle menu items, lift and move objects up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and perform other physical tasks as needed.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

Basic bartending knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
