About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is seeking a Service Expert to join the Izakaya Japanese restaurant team. This full‑time position is based in the vibrant Business Bay area, offering the chance to deliver exceptional hospitality in a world‑class 5‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in the Izakaya Japanese outlet.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to meet guest expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
