F&B Service Expert – Luxury Bar

About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its luxury bar team. You will be the face of the bar, delivering impeccable service to discerning guests while upholding the brand’s standards of elegance and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages from the kitchen or bar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver dishes to guests, clear and set up tables, and maintain a pristine service area.
• Greet and escort guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on portions, ingredients, and allergens.
• Take and process orders using the POS ordering software, verify age for alcoholic drinks, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glassware, and food items; set up and break down buffets and food stations.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to concerns, and upsell additional products when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a luxury hotel bar or similar high‑end hospitality environment.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
