About the role
Our Guest Service Experts go beyond simply delivering food; they create a memorable and unique experience for guests by providing attentive service throughout the meal. In this role you will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables and dining areas for room service guests.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Uphold professional uniform, appearance, and communication standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
- Read and verify menu information to ensure correct service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
