About the role
The Guest Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our Latin American restaurant in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering attentive service, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including workstations and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving on uneven surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on an on‑site basis.
