About the role
The F&B Service Expert – Team Leader supports seamless food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest interaction feels part of a memorable experience. Working on the floor, you will coordinate with kitchen staff, set up service areas, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and assist the kitchen to keep service flow efficient.
- Clean work areas, manage inventory, and ensure all health and safety policies are followed.
- Support guests throughout their dining experience, handling requests and addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with team members.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and reaching overhead.
- Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, company policies, and quality standards.
