About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Team Leader supports seamless food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest interaction feels part of a memorable experience. Working on the floor, you will coordinate with kitchen staff, set up service areas, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, replenish supplies, and assist the kitchen to keep service flow efficient.
Clean work areas, manage inventory, and ensure all health and safety policies are followed.
Support guests throughout their dining experience, handling requests and addressing issues promptly.
Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with team members.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and reaching overhead.
Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to safety, company policies, and quality standards.
