F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Expert to deliver memorable dining experiences at our Le Méridien property in Dubai Marina. The role involves setting tables, serving guests, and ensuring a seamless service flow from kitchen to table. You will work on your feet throughout the shift, maintaining safety standards and a professional appearance at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a tidy dining environment.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Process guest payments and handle billing accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance, and move around the service area safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to uphold company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
