F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Expert to join BABA’s Lounge in Dubai Marina. As a front‑of‑house team member you will create memorable dining experiences, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs and dining settings according to service standards.
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies and ensure all workstations are tidy.
• Handle payments and process transactions while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and equipment care.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in a food‑and‑beverage or hospitality role.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
