About the role

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Perform all operational tasks in food and beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Welcome guests, attend to their needs throughout the visit, and ensure a flawless dining experience from arrival to farewell.
Go the extra mile to anticipate guest needs, prevent complaints, and execute effective service recovery when required.
Communicate proactively with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
