F&B Supervisor – El Sur (Spanish Speaker Preferred)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the El Sur outlet in Dubai Marina, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong team coordination, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and uniform standards, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain storage areas using FIFO principles and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct scheduled inventories, stock replenishment, and requisition of supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Generate work orders for maintenance repairs and follow up on completion.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company safety, security, and confidentiality policies, reporting incidents as needed.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to quality standards, safety procedures, and continuous improvement.
