FF&E Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Designer to join our Dubai team. The role involves selecting, designing and overseeing furnishings, fixtures and equipment for high‑end residential, hospitality and luxury commercial projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, obtain quotations and collect samples for material boards.
• Develop professional sample boards, FF&E schedules, specifications and full documentation sets.
• Review FF&E samples and prototypes to verify compliance with design intent, quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate FF&E documentation with architectural, MEP and interior design drawings.
• Review drawings and schedules, identify discrepancies and maintain consistency across all documents.
• Collaborate closely with the interior design team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E elements into the overall design.
• Create and present design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• 5–7 years of FF&E design experience in the UAE or GCC, preferably on high‑end residential, hospitality or luxury commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture construction, detailing and FF&E brands.
• Good understanding of furniture pricing, cost estimation and budget compliance.
• Familiarity with UAE suppliers, manufacturers and procurement channels.
• Ability to follow company documentation standards, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination, communication, organization and presentation skills.
