About the role

The FF&E Specification Specialist will develop, organise and continuously improve Eva Interiors' physical and digital FF&E and materials library. Acting as a central resource for the Design and FF&E teams, the specialist ensures that all interior products—furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, sanitaryware, hardware and more—are accurately documented and easily accessible throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, technical data, supplier and manufacturer details, availability, lead times, samples and catalogues.
Organise and categorise library content to support designers, procurement and commercial teams in high‑end residential and luxury interior projects.
Collaborate closely with Design, FF&E, Procurement and Commercial teams to keep information current and reliable.
Continuously enhance both physical and digital library resources to reflect market trends and project requirements.
