Field Merchandiser – Retail Brand Representative

About the role

ABM is seeking a Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 across assigned retail partners in Dubai. The role ensures products are available, correctly displayed, priced and ready for customer demonstrations, while supporting retailer staff and providing market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards, visual display guidelines and planograms in assigned stores.
• Maintain clean, attractive product presentations and implement promotional displays, seasonal campaigns and new‑product launches.
• Monitor stock levels, report out‑of‑stock items and coordinate replenishment with store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit compliance with brand standards and submit photos and reports.
• Ensure demo units are powered, charged, paired and functional, and report any issues.
• Support store staff with product knowledge, demonstrations and training on key features.
• Provide regular merchandising activity reports and flag competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with store managers.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations and stand for extended periods.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
