Field Merchandiser – Retail & Demo Support

About the role

ABM is seeking a Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 across assigned retail partners in Dubai. The role ensures products are available, correctly displayed, priced and ready for customer demonstrations while supporting retailer staff and reporting market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards and visual display guidelines across assigned stores.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, tagged and organized, and maintain clean presentations.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and report out‑of‑stock or slow‑moving items.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit compliance with brand standards and submit photos and reports.
• Verify demo units are powered, charged, paired and functional, and report any issues.
• Support store teams with product launches, promotions and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Required profile

• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple store locations.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and mobile reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandising materials.
