Field Operations Lead - Arabian Gulf

About the role

Quartermaster, a U.S. maritime technology company, is scaling its operations across the Arabian Gulf and seeks a senior regional representative to drive fleet growth, manage field activities and liaise with regulators. Reporting directly to US leadership, you will be responsible for securing equipment installations at scale and ensuring smooth multi‑country operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close fleet‑scale agreements with vessel owners and operators across the Gulf to secure equipment installations at scale.
• Manage end‑to‑end multi‑country field operations, including installations, field team coordination, logistics and local partner relationships.
• Support engagement with maritime and port authorities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman to obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee the field team and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and compliance across all markets.

Required profile

• Based in the Gulf region with the ability to travel extensively across the GCC.
• Senior standing in the Gulf maritime industry with established relationships with vessel owners and operators.
• Proven track record of closing commercial agreements and navigating regulatory processes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog or Farsi are a plus.
• Experience working with regional maritime regulatory bodies and participation in industry associations.
