Field Service Technician – Water Filtration & Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Technician to support our field operations across the UAE. The role requires quick response to emergency issues, constant availability by phone, and ownership of service tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain filters, dispensers and other water‑related equipment.
• Carry out piping, fittings and technical connections safely and professionally.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests and client emergencies.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance checks.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Complete daily service reports and follow internal checklists accurately.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a technician or field service role.
• Background in water filtration, beverage equipment, or plumbing.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Always reachable by phone and willing to attend emergency issues.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable and detail‑oriented.
