Finacle Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented and self‑motivated Finacle Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end core banking implementations. The role bridges business requirements with technical execution, focusing on configuration, customization, and API integration across Finacle modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation, including functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.
• Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to meet specific banking needs.
• Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling/monitoring, and menu customization.
• Engage with business users to gather requirements, manage delivery milestones, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering Finacle core‑banking projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive projects to successful delivery.

Required skills

• Finacle Scripting
• PL/SQL
• API Integration
• Deep knowledge of CASA, TD and Loans modules
• Finacle configuration and customization
