About the role
The Finance Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the finance department, helping maintain accurate financial records and ensuring smooth processing of invoices and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Update daily transaction records and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain invoice records, review and process reimbursements.
- Prepare income statements and balance sheets.
- Resolve account discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, including projected ROI and growth rates.
- Monitor cash flow, invoice payments, and issue reports for management review.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a financial administrator or similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills.
- Good collaboration and communication abilities.
