Finance Analyst

About the role

This high‑impact individual contributor role bridges Finance and data at Fresha. You will own the quantitative inputs that drive Finance operations, from board and investor reporting to unit‑economics modelling and budgeting. The position works directly in the data warehouse and partners closely with Analytics, Finance Ops and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own data inputs for quarterly board packs, investor reports and related deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain the reporting calendar for all internal and external Finance outputs.
• Build and maintain partner, revenue and gross‑profit retention schedules (GRR, NRR).
• Develop deal‑level unit‑economics models, forecast revenue, gross profit and contribution margin by country.
• Provide Finance Ops with data extracts for month‑end close, reconciliations and audits.
• Extract, validate and maintain Finance‑required datasets directly in the data warehouse.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance or data‑heavy strategy roles at high‑growth tech companies.
• Direct experience supporting investor or board reporting.
• Hands‑on SQL skills with ability to write queries independently.
• Proven experience building unit‑economics models (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis).
• Exposure to marketplace or SaaS business models and related metrics.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
