Finance Assistant – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Department in day‑to‑day accounting and financial administration, ensuring accurate transaction processing, record‑keeping and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment schedules and coordinate timely vendor payments (Accounts Payable).
• Prepare customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer account records (Accounts Receivable).
• Maintain accounting records, update financial databases and ensure proper filing of transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, cash‑flow monitoring and investigation of discrepancies.
• Support payroll data preparation, verify employee reimbursements and coordinate with the Payroll team.
• Prepare routine financial reports, perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, maintain organized documentation and assist with audit requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• UAE national (Emirati talent) with up to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (advantage).
