Finance Controller – Operations Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operator who can step into a fast‑moving, multi‑entity environment and turn chaotic processes into reliable, automated systems. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will free them from day‑to‑day operational tasks so they can concentrate on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities, managing high‑volume USD revenue flows and ensuring uninterrupted funding of corporate cards for Meta ad spend.
• Build a live cash‑visibility dashboard that provides instant insight into cash positions.
• Lead the migration from legacy payment platforms (e.g., Pleo) to a UAE‑native solution (Qashio) and evaluate virtual‑card platforms for automated spend.
• Eliminate manual payment bottlenecks by tracking, reconciling, and automating every payment flow.
• Oversee and develop the people and processes that execute treasury and payment operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader comfortable working in high‑transaction, high‑complexity finance environments.
• Proven ability to build repeatable systems rather than one‑off fixes.
• Strong operational grip; can direct teams and create clarity without waiting for direction.
• Experience with multi‑entity structures, cross‑currency cash management, and rapid‑scale finance functions.
