Finance & Insurance Advisor (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Advisor to join Al Tayer Motors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves offering, selling and administering finance and insurance products to meet penetration targets and support the sales process on the showroom floor.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out F&I procedures according to established processes to meet monthly targets for new finance & insurance and renewal insurance.
• Identify customer needs, present F&I options and provide complete information to enable informed decisions.
• Liaise with sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive and are quoted F&I options before deal closure.
• Prepare quotations, file records appropriately and ensure customers understand contract terms, exclusions and benefits.
• Collect required documentation for supporting banks, secure credit lines and reconcile commissions daily.
• Maintain detailed logs of each deal, monitor conversion rates and report individual salesperson performance to the showroom manager.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–4 years solid experience in car sales, finance or insurance within the automotive or GCC market.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑driven mindset and effective planning and organizing abilities.
• Pleasant personality with the ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels.
