Finance Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of one of its schools in Abu Dhabi. The role requires Arabic and English fluency and will involve strategic financial guidance to school leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the school finance team and manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and MIS reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank management, fixed‑asset and treasury functions.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Implement new IFRS standards and drive finance system enhancements.
• Support the principal and senior leadership team with financial analysis, cost‑optimization initiatives and EBITDA targets.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a multi‑site or B2C environment.
• Proven experience in change management and fast‑growth settings.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
