Finance Manager Interim

About the role

The Finance Manager (Interim) will support a Dubai‑based industrial and manufacturing organisation by overseeing its financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing insight for strategic decisions. This temporary position is focused on maintaining financial stability and driving growth during the assignment period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Immediate availability for an interim assignment.
• Experience in the African market.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
• Proficiency with financial systems and software used in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Experience ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
