Finance Manager

About the role

PROACTIVE LINK is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial strategy, analysis and day‑to‑day operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive cost optimisation, revenue growth and robust risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy, identifying cost‑saving and revenue‑enhancing opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to create accurate budgets and forecasts, delivering regular performance reports.
• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and treasury functions.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports and variance analyses while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital and optimise investment opportunities to strengthen cash reserves.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
