About the role

The Finance Manager will support the financial strategy of a Hilton hotel in Dubai, ensuring that financial operations align with the property’s strategic goals while delivering the hospitality experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial strategy execution by assisting in directing financial operations to optimise profitability and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights through reviewing performance, reconciling accounts and preparing recommendations for hotel leadership.
• Manage financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, Credit and Night Audit functions, while adhering to internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting by leading the preparation and review of monthly statements, ensuring accurate cash receipt coding and supporting internal audits.
• Monitor and approve financial transactions such as ledger reconciliations, tax filings and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, mentoring, conducting performance evaluations and recognising achievements.
