Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance and control functions. The role will own the monthly close process, provide insightful analysis for senior leadership and ensure adherence to IFRS and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close and produce management reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Oversee statutory reporting, external audits and compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through robust reconciliations, controls and timely issue resolution.
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including filings, calculations and liaison with external advisors.
• Strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes and support ERP/automation initiatives.
• Partner with senior management and internal stakeholders to deliver clear financial insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience in audit or large corporate environments is preferred.
• Experience in project‑based, marine or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
