Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance department in Dubai, driving financial strategy and ensuring the organization’s fiscal health. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and investment analysis to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, recommending actions.
• Advise on investment activities and develop strategic recommendations.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization through monitoring and analysis.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and performance versus business plans.
• Develop financial trends and projections for the firm.
• Identify and evaluate cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and design frameworks to achieve them.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial plans and future initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
• Background in the financial sector, such as a financial analyst role.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and the broader market.
• Proficiency with finance software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and manage finance team processes.
• Solid grasp of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
