Finance Manager

About the role

Exciting finance manager opportunity in Abu Dhabi with ample room for progression as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate IFRS reporting and support M&A accounting activities.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance and processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial strategies.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations and best practices.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using financial software.
• IFRS reporting expertise.
