Finance Manager Land Bank

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager – Land Bank to join Dubai Holding Land Estates in Dubai. The role will manage commercial finance activities related to the land bank, ensuring effective processes, monitoring, reporting, and issue mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting for land bank projects.
• Review financial transactions and land bank accounting, including POC workings and revenue recognition.
• Monitor project budgets, construction costs and capital expenditure, advising on budget availability.
• Maintain land bank reconciliation and update financial records for changes in land bank and GFA.
• Develop and finalize CAPEX budgets in line with group policies.
• Ensure accuracy of land bank accounting and compliance with standards and internal controls.
• Prepare schedules (IP/PHDS) and submit within agreed timelines.
• Liaise with auditors, external consultants and advisors as required.
• Monitor project‑level costs and identify potential impairments.
• Assist in reviewing EMC papers, value‑added services, land sales, project feasibilities and quarterly project review reports.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analysis for decision‑making and finalize project accruals.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with land bank or real‑estate finance is advantageous.
