Finance Manager – M&A & Greenfield Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead financial activities related to M&A transactions and greenfield factory construction projects in the Middle East. Based in the UAE, you will act as a key financial partner to regional leadership, supporting business expansion through acquisitions and organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisition targets in the region.
• Develop financial models including valuation, synergy analysis, IRR and cash‑flow projections.
• Coordinate with external advisors (legal, tax, audit) during deal execution and support negotiations.
• Assist post‑merger integration from a finance perspective.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost control for new factory construction projects.
• Track project CAPEX, milestone payments and cash‑flow requirements.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure financial discipline.
• Prepare investment proposals and feasibility study reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT and corporate regulations.
• Manage banking relationships, fund transfers and foreign‑exchange risk.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
• Support internal and external audits related to project entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in M&A, project finance or industrial investment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for HQ communication and cross‑border deal coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Willingness to be based in the UAE with occasional travel within the Middle East.
