About the role
Taptap Send is a fast‑growing cross‑border fintech that moves money across more than 80 market corridors. The Finance Reconciliation Analyst ensures that the amount expected to be transferred matches the amount actually settled with banking and disbursement partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly reconciliation of expected versus actual funding movements across multiple currency corridors.
- Identify, document, and investigate genuine discrepancies such as missing, partial, or mismatched settlements.
- Manage escalations with banking and disbursement partners and collaborate closely with treasury, finance, and operations teams.
- Drive the transition from manual, ad‑hoc fixes toward systematic, automated reconciliation processes.
