Finance Supervisor – MENA Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Finance Supervisor to lead the financial management and reporting for the MENA Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate complex financial data into clear business insights that drive strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning processes.
• Prepare budget‑vs‑actual analyses and highlight key variances.
• Develop financial dashboards, KPI reports and management reporting tools.
• Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.
• Assist the CEO with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and the Group’s financial position.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external consultants.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place.
• Consolidate and analyse financial information from multiple Group entities.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and raise them proactively with management.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience working with multiple entities, preferably in the UAE/MENA region.
• Background in technology, digital, software, AI or startup environments is advantageous.
