Finance Techno-functional Analyst (Oracle R12 to Fusion Migration)

About the role

Epergne Solutions is looking for a Finance Techno-functional Analyst to lead the migration of finance data from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role bridges functional finance expertise with technical data‑engineer skills, ensuring a smooth transition for critical financial modules.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end data migration from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Design and implement data mapping and transformation rules.
• Develop and run SQL/PLSQL scripts for data extraction, validation and loading.
• Utilise FBDI templates to load data into Fusion modules.
• Support testing, reconciliation and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with functional finance teams to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance data migration projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ERP finance modules (Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management).
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
