Financial Accounting Manager – EMEA (Russian Speaking)

About the role

The Financial Accounting Manager will lead end‑to‑end accounting and reporting for TikTok’s EMEA subsidiaries, with a focus on entities in the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the regional finance team, you will ensure audit readiness, drive month‑end close activities, and support statutory compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle and financial reporting for MEA legal entities, including GL maintenance, payroll accounting, and fixed‑asset management.
• Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, GL reconciliations, and provide evidence to resolve auditor queries.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, monthly balance‑sheet account reconciliations, and ensure all balances are audit‑ready.
• Execute group and local month‑end closing in line with financial calendars, perform variance analysis, and support tax reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tax, payroll, legal, transfer pricing, finance BPs) to address accounting queries and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing GL, payroll, and audit processes for multiple entities.
• Fluent Russian language skills to support Russian‑speaking stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
