Financial Analyst – ADM Management & Corporate Affairs

About the role

The Financial Analyst will maintain and update the Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) for all group and overseas locations, ensuring system configurations are accurate. You will support business units in implementing ADM changes, configure the iProc system, and drive automation and simplification initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Groups and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM).
• Configure Oracle i‑procurement system to reflect ADM changes.
• Support business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating ADM processes.
• Identify and propose automation opportunities to modernise the ADM workflow.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely updates of the ADM repository.
• Safeguard original sign‑off documents and related paperwork.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to Risk Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant system experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional conduct with a proven record of integrity and ethical values.
• Team‑oriented mindset, punctuality, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Experience with Oracle iProcurement and general Oracle banking systems.
• Familiarity with procurement‑related applications.
