Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in Dubai. In this role you will turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and present financial data from various business units in MIS format in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of MIS reports.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts by analyzing trends and identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support the consolidation process by collecting and validating financial data from multiple departments.
• Prepare and reconcile audit schedules for group consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting quality.
• Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Reporting and Consolidation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a consultancy background.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with other accounting software.
