Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the Regional Finance Manager for the Middle East, delivering comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering across Gradiant’s water and wastewater treatment operations in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements for multiple regional entities.
• Perform inter‑company reconciliations and investigate consolidation differences.
• Analyse actual results versus budget, forecast and prior periods, providing variance explanations and recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial projections, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial and Project teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Assist on strategic finance projects such as capital expenditures, ADIO grants, due diligence, goodwill and impairment assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation and FP&A, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work across multiple entities and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders.
