About the role
We are looking for a proactive Financial Manager to lead our accounting operations and finance team at High Quality Scaffolding in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and supervise the finance team.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Monitor collections, payments, receivables and payables to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, facilities management and letters of credit.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and audit requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Quickbooks (Al Khazin version) or similar financial systems.
