Financial Planning & Analysis Associate – Zimmermann

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will support the management of the P&L and Balance Sheet for the Middle East region within the Zimmermann brand. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, accountants and finance leaders to ensure accurate reporting and effective budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end close, reviewing P&L statements and providing variance commentary.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and liaise with stakeholders on key variances.
• Gather, consolidate and format budget data, update trackers and communicate assumptions.
• Support the Finance Manager and General Manager in preparing board‑meeting materials and presentations.
• Assist during the year‑end audit process as required.
• Prepare indirect tax calculations and returns (GST, VAT, WHT, Sales Tax) for allocated geographies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, tax calculations, invoice booking and payment processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
• High enthusiasm, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and effective communication skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and a collaborative team player.
