Financial Reporting Specialist

About the role

As a Financial Reporting Specialist at Tamara, you will ensure the accuracy, transparency and compliance of the company’s financial reporting. You will prepare reports and disclosures in line with IFRS, collaborate with internal teams and apply strong analytical abilities to support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and manage the consolidation process for multiple entities.
• Produce monthly management reporting packs with key metrics and analyse variances in financial results.
• Work with the data‑analytics team to automate reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau, NetSuite analytics and Cursor.
• Support quarterly and annual audits, liaise with external auditors and manage audit timelines and deliverables.
• Assess accounting, compliance and audit implications of new products, define financial flows and contribute to strategic projects such as debt financing and valuation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end audit processes and preparing consolidated group statements.
• Experience with Islamic financing and Shariah compliance is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
