About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to train a new language model on financial‑services compliance tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, and offers flexible scheduling for an experienced compliance professional.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated regulatory filings, disclosures, and board‑risk materials.
• Draft and review compliance policies, risk‑governance memos, and audit‑response documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence and control‑testing reports.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model performance on document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in financial services regulatory compliance, risk management, or related regulatory affairs.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policies, or control‑testing documentation.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
